David David Dave is responsible for this website, our mailing list and the personal information described in this notice.

Joining the mailing list
We use your email address to send band news, new music and gig updates, with your consent. Signing up is optional. You can browse the website without joining the list.
MailerLite manages subscriptions and sends our emails. Along with your address and email permission, it records information about signup and confirmation, which may include your IP address, the form used, dates and times, delivery results and subscription status. We use confirmation by email before adding you to the active mailing list.
MailerLite enables email-open and link-click tracking by default. When enabled for an email, it can record opens, link clicks and related device and IP information. This can link activity to a subscriber. See MailerLite’s privacy policy for details of its processing.
Unsubscribing and keeping records
You can stop marketing emails at any time. Use the unsubscribe link in an email or contact us at the address above. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing.
We keep active subscription details while you remain subscribed and the list is running. After you unsubscribe, we may keep the minimum record needed to respect your opt-out and demonstrate consent. Other information is kept only as long as needed for its purpose, including resolving enquiries or meeting legal obligations.
Contacting the band
If you email us, we receive your email address and anything you include in your message. Our inbox uses Apple iCloud Mail. We use this information to answer your enquiry and keep relevant correspondence, on the basis of our legitimate interest in communicating with people who contact the band. See Apple’s privacy policy.
Website and spam protection
Netlify hosts the website. Serving and protecting the site involves processing technical details such as IP addresses and request information. Our legitimate interest is operating a working, secure website. See Netlify’s privacy information.
The signup form uses Google reCAPTCHA to reduce automated spam. Google processes browser, device and interaction information and uses a security cookie for its checks. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply. MailerLite also receives requests when its embedded form loads. These services may receive technical information even if you do not submit the form.
Service providers and international processing
The providers named above process information to supply their services. Some processing may take place outside the UK. Their privacy information and data-processing terms explain where information is handled and the safeguards used, such as recognised adequacy arrangements or standard contractual clauses where applicable. You can contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your data.
Your rights
